Return Window

Our standard refund and replacement policy is valid for 5 days from the date your order is marked as delivered according to the tracking information.

Conditions for Return

  • The item must be in its original condition: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
  • You must have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Incorrect Address

If you provide an incorrect shipping address and your order is returned to us, we offer the following options:

  • Reshipment: We can reship the order to the correct address for a shipping and handling fee.
  • Refund: We can issue a refund minus the original shipping costs, priority processing fees, insurance, and a 20% restocking fee.
  • Store Credit: If we do not receive the package back, we offer a 50% store credit towards a new item.

Correct Address

If you provided the correct address and your order is returned to sender, we will reship the order to the same address free of charge. If you want to change the address, you will be responsible for the shipping and handling fee.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and record an unpacking video. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at [email protected]

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)
  • Custom products (special orders, personalized items)
  • Personal care goods (beauty products)
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
  • Sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Clearance items (final sale and cannot be returned or refunded)


To ensure you get what you want, return the unwanted item and make a separate purchase for the new item.

Order Cancellation

We can only cancel or modify orders within 12 hours of purchase.

International Shipping

Customs duties, taxes, and charges, if any, are not included in our base price and are the customer’s responsibility.

How to Initiate a Return

  • Contact us at [email protected] to request a return authorization with your name, order number, and a brief explanation for the return.
  • We will provide you with a return address (once a return is authorized).
  • Do not return your purchase to the address on the package.
  • You are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping. Returns sent back without requesting a return authorization will not be accepted.

Refund Completion

  • We will notify you once we receive and inspect your returned item.
  • If approved, we will issue a full refund for the product cost, excluding return shipping charges.
  • Refunds will be processed within 10 business days upon receiving the returned item.
  • Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

Shipping Information

  • Most orders will arrive within 7-10 business days.
  • Some products may have longer processing times due to size, weight, or customizability (indicated on the product page).
  • You will receive a notification with tracking information once your order ships.
